Order and Tracking

At Dr Burgener Switzerland, we understand that you value your time and want to stay informed about your order. To make it easy for you, we have created a simple order tracking process that allows you to monitor your purchase until it reaches your doorstep.

How to track your order:

1. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Please keep this number safe for future reference.
2. When your order is dispatched, you will receive another email with a tracking number and a link to our shipping partner's tracking page.
3. Click on the tracking link and enter your tracking number to check the status of your shipment at any time.

If you have an account with us, you can also track your order by:

1. Logging in to your Dr Burgener Switzerland account.
2. Clicking on "My Orders" in the "My Account" section.
3. Selecting the order you wish to track and clicking on the "Track Order" button.

Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to be updated on the shipping partner's website.
